Your SMS, on the phone in your hand
Keep the SIM in your Android phone. Every message, bank alert and code arrives on the phone you actually carry, Android or iPhone, within seconds. End-to-end encrypted, no account.
Arrives in seconds
A notification on your other phone the moment the SMS lands on the SIM phone.
Only your two phones can read it
Encrypted on the SIM phone. Our relay carries a locked box it cannot open.
Nothing to sign up for
No account, no phone number, no email. One QR scan links the phones.
Set up once, in under a minute
After the first scan there is nothing to manage. New messages simply show up.
- 1
Install on both phones
Pingoo on the Android phone that holds the SIM, and Pingoo on the phone you carry.
- 2
Scan the QR code once
The SIM phone shows a code, the other phone scans it. They create a private key that only they share.
- 3
Messages arrive on both
Every new SMS on the SIM phone appears on your other phone, with a notification.
The phone with the SIM must be Android. The other phone can be Android or iPhone.
The same message, on both phones
Screens from the current release, not mockups. The SIM phone on the left, the iPhone on the right.

Built for the way SMS actually gets used
Codes, bank alerts and family messages, handled without ceremony.
One-tap copy for codes
Verification codes are picked out of the message and copied with a tap.
Names, not numbers
The SIM phone matches senders with your contacts, so you see "Ammi", not a bare number.
On the lock screen
The message shows on the lock screen of your other phone, even with the app closed.
You choose the history
Only new messages, the last 7 days, 30 days, or everything.
Deleted here, gone there
Delete an SMS on the SIM phone and it disappears on the other phone too.
Six languages
English, Urdu, Arabic, Hindi, Spanish and Chinese.
Only your two phones can read it
Not us, not Google, not Apple, not anyone in between. The key is created when you scan the QR code, and it never leaves your two phones.
- Encrypted before it leaves. Each SMS is encrypted on the SIM phone with AES-256-GCM, using a key the two phones agree with X25519.
- The relay carries a locked box. Our relay and the notification services of Google and Apple only ever see the encrypted form.
- Even the notification is private. The lock-screen text is decrypted on your phone, not on a server.
Your SIM phone
Reads the SMS and locks it with your key.
Our relay
Sees a locked box and an address. No key, so it cannot open it.
Your other phone
Holds the only other copy of the key and opens the message.
Questions people ask
Can Pingoo send SMS or reply?
No. Pingoo only reads incoming SMS on the SIM phone and shows them on your other phone. It never sends messages, so it can never cost you balance.
Does it read the SMS on my other phone?
No. The receiving app has no SMS permission at all. It only shows what your SIM phone syncs to it.
Do I need an account?
No account, no phone number, no email. The QR code you scan once is the only link between your phones.
What if the SIM phone is off or offline?
Nothing is lost. Messages wait on the SIM phone and are synced as soon as it is back online. Keep it on, charged and connected for the fastest delivery.
How do I stop it?
Open Linked on either phone and tap Unpair. The link and the stored messages are deleted, and the keys on both phones are destroyed.
Made in Pakistan, for people with two phones
Your Pakistani SIM sits in a spare phone at home while you are in Dubai, Riyadh or Lahore with the phone you actually use. The bank alert, the code and the message from home all land on the wrong phone. We are a small team in Pakistan, and we built Pingoo because we needed it ourselves.
- Free, with no ads and no data selling.
- We cannot read your messages, by design.
- Support answered by a person within a day.
